You see it before you pay for it. Your homepage is designed and shown to you before any money changes hands — your actual page, your words, your town, not a mockup of somebody else’s business with your logo on it. If it is not what you want, you owe us nothing.
Thirty days to find anything wrong. For thirty days after launch, anything broken or not what we agreed gets fixed at no charge. Not new work — that is what the care plan is for — but anything that is not right, we put right.
We will not hold your website hostage. Ask for the domain at any time — staying or leaving — and we transfer it into your name at no charge. You keep the site and another developer can pick it straight up. A site you cannot take with you is not yours.
We will not charge you monthly for nothing. The care plan does real work and the monthly report shows it. If a month goes by where we did nothing for you, say so and we will not bill it.
We will not promise you page one of Google. Nobody controls that, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something they cannot deliver. We will tell you what we can actually influence.
We will not build you something you cannot afford to keep. If a one-page site is the right answer for where your business is, we will say so rather than sell you the big one.
